Maybe it’s overcoming limiting beliefs on a new role, or empowering them to make decisions; providing an in-house corporate coach communicates that the employer deeply cares about their employee’s well-being. Sessions can be remote or in person if applicable.

  • Breathing & Meditation

    These sessions provide employees with practical tools to manage stress, increase focus, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity through guided breathing exercises. Regular breathwork significantly reduces symptoms of burnout by promoting relaxation and reducing stress hormones, helping employees feel rejuvenated and more resilient to daily challenges. Additionally, group breathwork sessions foster a sense of community and collective well-being, strengthening interpersonal relationships and teamwork.

    Our Corporate Yoga and Movement Classes are specifically designed to address the challenges in the workplace that often have us sitting for long periods of time. Offering a holistic approach that promotes physical well-being, mental clarity, and overall performance. Our movement sessions create a sense of community and collective well-being, strengthening interpersonal relationships and teamwork. This session can be combined with breathwork and meditation for an enriching experience.
